Wittersham Parish Council provides a schedule of payments at Full Council meetings held each month, the payments listed as a supporting document of the agenda.  Once approved by Full Council, all expenditure will be published on the website on a monthly basis.  This exceeds the minimum requirement of the Data Transparency Code to publish expenditure items over £500 on a quarterly basis.

IT HAS NOT BEEN POSSIBLE TO PUBLISH THE AUDITED  AGAR AND COMPLETION NOTICE BY 30TH SEPTEMBER IN LINE WITH THE ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT REGULATIONS 2015 BECAUSE THE AUDIT REPORT FROM THE EXTERNAL AUDITOR WAS RECEIVED TOO LATE.  IT WAS PUBLISHED ON 1ST OCTOBER 2025.
